On July 15, 2004, rain poured down on Peterborough causing widespread flooding and severe damage throughout the city. Staff at The Examiner documented the flood in stories and photos. On the fifth anniversary of the flood The Examiner looks back at some of the people and images from 2004. And we also take a look at what has been done to prevent such massive flooding from happening again.
